Q: How do I change my password?
A: Log in and click “Edit Users.” Enter your new password, re-enter to
confirm and click “Update” to save changes.
Q: I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
A: On the Log In screen, enter your email address and click the link that
says, “I forgot my password, please email it to me” and your password
will be sent to you.
Q: How do I change my contact information?
A: Log in and select “Edit Users.” Click on your profile, make changes
and click “Update” to save changes.
Q: How do I add users?
A: Log in and click “Edit Users.” From the profile screen, click “Add User”
and enter the new user information, select a privilege level and click
“Update” to save changes.
Q: How is my ranking index determined?
A: To win spots, bids must be below a ranking index of 100.
A ranking index above 100 indicates that the bid exceeds the advertiser’s
maximum CPM. A ranking index below 100 indicates that the bid is under
the advertiser’s maximum CPM and eligible to win spots. The lowest
ranking index wins.
Q: What are privilege levels?
A: Privilege levels specify the allowable operations for each user.
Executive User
-Bid for all registered properties on the account
-Add/Remove/Edit users
-Assign user status to Executive, Regular or Read Only
Regular User
-Bid only for properties assigned to them
-Maintain their user profile only
Read Only User
-Read all account information
-Maintain their user profile only
Q: How do I retract my bid after I’ve submitted it?
A: Log in, select the appropriate auction and click the "Cancel Bid" button.
This can be done at any time prior to the close of the auction.
