Choose market(s) where the audience is likely to be interested in your
product/service.

Include as many markets as possible to maximize the number of broadcasters invited
to bid. The more broadcasters competing, the lower the rates will be!

A single auction with as many markets (competitors) as possible will ensure the
lowest overall CPM. However, if you want your spots to air in both large and
small markets, you can create separate auctions for large and small markets in
the same week.

If you create an auction with only a few markets, you may want to broaden other
criteria to allow for more competition.
