Frequently Asked Questions

GENERAL  TECHNICAL  PAYMENT/BILLING  OLD WAY V. NEW WAY

Payment/Billing
Q: Is there a minimum weekly expenditure required?
A:  There is a $500 minimum expenditure required.
Q: How do I pay for my spots?
A: After you create an auction, you will receive instructions on submitting payment. Auctions can be paid for by credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer.
All funds must be cleared by Wednesday noon (PT) for the auction to
take place that Thursday.
Q: Why do I have to deposit funds prior to my auction taking place?
A: Credit cannot be issued for an auction of last-minute inventory due to
the time constraints and the uncertainty of which bidders will be awarded
a schedule. In addition, bidders are willing to aggressively price inventory
based on the guarantee of immediate payment once affidavits are verified.
Q: What happens if some of the budget isn’t spent?
A: You can apply the unspent balance to future auctions or we will refund
it upon your request.
Q: Can I cancel an auction after depositing the funds?
A: The deadline for auction cancellations is Wednesday at Noon (PT)
of the auction week.
Prior to Wednesday Noon (PT) of the auction week: Log in and click
"Auction History." Select the auction you would like to cancel and go to
the final step. There you will see a "Cancel Auction" button.
After Wednesday Noon (PT): Call your Bid4Spots Account Manager or
Customer Service Toll-Free at 1-866-326-7788 for assistance.
If you cancel an auction, your funds can either be applied to your next
auction or refunded.
Q: Who compensates Bid4Spots for this service?
A: Bid4Spots fees are paid by the sellers. The rates are confidential
per an agreement between Bid4Spots and the sellers. This allows
Bid4Spots to pass the savings on to the advertiser.
